FDM acts as a trusted and integral liaison, representing the Principal’s interests in every aspect of ownership. We ensure the owner’s vision and ethos are not only understood but upheld across all dealings, from daily operations to long-term strategic planning.

Our Role Includes:

• Serving as the communication gatekeeper, ensuring clarity, relevance, and discretion

• Protecting the owner’s asset with a focus on long-term value and enjoyment

• Overseeing all aspects of yacht operations, both onboard and shoreside

• Managing relationships with shipyards and refit facilities

• Liaising with naval architects, designers, surveyors, flag and class authorities

• Coordinating with contractors, suppliers, and crew

• Interfacing with legal, financial, and insurance entities

• Supporting charter scheduling, fiscal matters, and contractual obligations

• Providing itinerary planning and cruising guidance
